Gold Coast Basket Brigade

Would you like to have some fun as a volunteer?

We need your help on Sunday 13^th December 2009

Magic Moments Foundation is a non-profit voluntary organization, which, through the Christmas Basket Brigade, has been serving Australian families since 1995.

This year our team of Volunteers will prepare 550 festive hampers on Sunday 13^th December.  These will be anonymously delivered to underprivileged singles and families on the Gold Coast from Coomera to Tweed sharing the spirit of Christmas and spreading some joy.  

The hampers will include:

1. A variety of Food and Christmas items
2. Where possible an individual toy/gift for all identified family members
3. A “note from a friend who cares”

We are seeking 160-180 enthusiastic volunteers of all ages with 100 vehicles to come on board for a fun morning.  We will be finished by lunch time and will follow with a Thank You BBQ for volunteers (details provided on the day).

This event is a hugely rewarding way to make a big difference this Christmas where you will be surrounded by likeminded, fun, friendly people who come to help a worthy cause.
