About Us
The Magic Moments Foundation of Australia is a non-profit organisation formed to create a coalition of caring volunteers who are committed to consistently reaching and assisting people who are often forgotten by society.
Objectives:
- To establish a network of non-profit volunteer community support groups which provide assistance to people living in financial distress or in other ways disadvantaged within the community.
- To procure and distribute hampers of food and gifts to individuals and families in need.
- To establish, organise, conduct and support programs and training schemes for youth development.
- To co-operate with any association or organisation with similar objectives.
Rights of the members of the company:
- A full voting member has the right to vote at all meetings be they general meetings or annual general meetings.
- Members become involved in the stated objectives of the company contributing their time and resources to assist the company bring this to fruition.
